So I have a serious love/ hate relationship with Target. The return policy stinks and I can't remember what the rule is with exchanging and not having a receipt. Is it 2 in one year? My SIL refused to listen to me and bought Sophia 12 month clothes, even though I said 18 months.

Thanks my mom made the hat! Good thing I did not spend any money since she only kept it on for maybe a good two seconds. Stubborn, stubborn child.
