You mentioned a pre-natal yoga video - care to recommend it? I was thinking about taking a class but after doing some research just couldn't justify the cost.
I've been using Gaiam's Prenatal Yoga and love it. I have ADD, so I like that it's broken into 3 segments. I usually do at least 1 segment daily, then do the other 2 segments every other day. They have modifications for each trimester as well. It's not intense at all, but I like the stretches that they do.
I've taken many yoga classes before, so I really like that it doesn't explain every pose step-by-step. It flows much more naturally.
