When will the dr start measuring fundal height?

I thought they usually started doing this at 20 weeks, but my last appt was at 22 weeks and he didn't do it. When did your doctor start measuring this?

My OB told me that at my next appointment they may start measuring.... I would be around 22 weeks. Although, she did say that it was a maybe, as I'm still rotating doctors in the office... so apparently it's different from doctor to doctor. At least that's what I assumed out of the conversation.

My last appt. (24 weeks) was the first time they did it for me. I assume it will probably be pretty consistent from now on.?

Mine measured me last visit when I was around 21/22 weeks. He/she will probably start your next visit- and you can always ask.

My dr. pulled out a measuring tape and measured me at my 13 wk appt. I didn't ask her what she was measuring though. I assumed it was the size of my uterus/fundal height.

My Dr. started measuring me around the 13 week mark and has ever since. So far, my fundal height is right on target with my weeks pregnant!

20 weeks. If you aren't showing much though for other reasons they might just be holding off until later.

I was measured at my first appointment at 12 weeks and then at 16 and I am assuming she will keep measuring. She hasnt' talked to me at all about what the numbers mean...
