How much fenugreek do you take every day? How much and how many times? TIA!

ditto again. i am only on day 5 and so far no increase for me.

Sort of ditto - I was told 3 pills 3X a day for 3 weeks, then whatever I needed to maintain my supply (which was 2 pills a night)
