This is my 3rd. I honestly dont remember when i felt it the first two times. I am 17 weeks but nothing yet. I went to the doctor less than a week ago and she said everything was fine. When did you feel it?
I feel mine about once a day... but almost always at night... and it's not really a true 'kicking' feeling, but more of movement that I can feel. From what I've heard, I still have a few more weeks to actually be able to distinguish feelings..
I thought I felt a faint tapping/popping sensation a few times over the weekend, but I was also having some killer gas pains, so I'm not sure if it was gas or the baby. It didn't feel like my "normal" gas, so I am thinking it was the baby. This is my first.
I felt tiny flicks around 17 weeks. If I wasn't paying attention, I would have missed it. I didn't feel harder kicks until 19/20 weeks. Now I feel her all the time.
I am still feeling maybe flutters, but nothing that I can say is definitely the baby. It gets frustrating sometimes, but these posts remind me that a lot of us don't feel anything until later. I also checked web MD and they said even up to 25 weeks it's normal to not feel kicks, but by the end of your 2cd Tri you should definitely be able to tell what's going on down there.
Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.
I've been feeling her since I was about 16-17 weeks. My husband felt her when I was around 18 weeks. My Ob says it's probably because I have a posterior placenta and I'm thin.
This is my 4th pregnancy. I felt little flutters during my 11th through 19th week. It wasn?t until my 20th week that I really started feeling movement.
1st baby. I started feeling little "flutters" about 16 1/2 weeks. Around 17 1/2 weeks I think I felt my first TINY kick...but it may have just been a muscle twitch. Since 18 weeks I'm almost POSITIVE I've been feeling a few kicks a day/every couple days...but they just feel like someone is LIGHTLY tapping me from the inside...so it is hard to tell. Definitely flutters still though!
At the u/s today the baby was kicking (and punching) like crazy, though I couldn't feel those. The soreness i'm feeling is probably RLP and other stretching/movement, but I told DH "no wonder my insides have felt so beat up lately...I'm in BIG trouble when baby starts the STRONG kicks..."
I've got placenta anterior which usually prolongs when you will feel the baby kick, and I've felt it consistently at week 23. it's such an awesome feeling! i haven't felt the fluttering feeling that many have described, it's more like poking!
This is my first, and I didn't feel any flutters until I was 20 wks, but within a week or so, that turned into "nudges" - I wouldn't call them full on kicks yet, but I definitely feel him moving around! I'd had my last appt a few days before I finally felt the flutters and asked my doc about it, and he wasn't concerned, said I would feel it soon. And I did!
I felt a few flutters around 18 weeks and now we have a pattern. The pattern just started about a week ago. This is my first. My doctor toldme 28 weeks is when thhings will really start moving on a regular basis.
This is my first. I noticed movement for sure at 17 weeks! Baby is always on the move...doctor called baby a "wild child" while trying to doppler the heart rate!
Re: When did you feel your baby move?
