I found this information in an article posted over on 2nd tri.  This organization provides free advice to people who feel they may have been discriminated over a pregnancy or other family related issue.  I have seen far too many posts on this board of women being possibly discriminated against - so here's a free, no-strings-attached method to find out what your rights and legal actions are.
