WW- Thank goodness for weekly points.

Or activity ones.

I've used almost 20 of my weekly points this week. I never use those suckers, but I have had a couple of off days- we ate out this weekend. It's sad, because I already get a boatload of daily points because I am fat and nursing.

Anyone know how many activity points you could assign to packing/moving boxes around the house? It's got to be at least a moderate activity, right? Because I am SORE.

Re: WW- Thank goodness for weekly points.

  • I'd def say moderate...but if I was on WW I'd be saying light so I'd use less points...I was determined to loose the weight fast! Smile....but ask me again in a few months with 3 kids running around....I'll be trying to make up points so that I can get my choc fix and stay sane!!! LOL

Too busy to update the pics for now ... :)

  • I would say light, too, but there was lots of bending, stretching and lifting involved, and I packed 25 boxes.

I still have a looooooong way to go. I need more boxes.
