2nd Trimester

Anyone feel movement at 15 weeks?

I'm not sure if it's baby flutters of gas bubbles.  You'd think I'd know, with this being baby #2, but last time I didn't feel anything until well after 20 weeks.  Am I crazy?

Re: Anyone feel movement at 15 weeks?

  • I started to feel movements with my daughter around the 15 wk mark (she was my second, too)....I'm anxiously and excitedly waiting to see if it happens again!

  • This is my first and I felt movement at 15 weeks.
  • I felt #2 once at 12 weeks, I am pretty sure. Definately consistent movement by 15 weeks. Some 1st time moms feel their babies at 15 weeks so I don't think you're crazy.
  • I felt tiny flutters at 15w6d, and he's my first.
  • I felt flutters around week 15.  :)

  • I just felt something and thought for .5 seconds that it was a kick.  Then I realized I am only 12 weeks and it was a gas bubble.

  • Yes -- I did.  At a little more then 14 weeks I felt bubbles.  It was not until just shy of 15 weeks that I recognized them as baby instead of gas.  At 16 weeks they turned to taps.

  • I started feeling flutters at 14 weeks... and this is my first, so it can totally be the baby.

  • I was feeling flutters at 14w. At 15w the baby felt like a squid. At 16w they felt like taps, and my MW commented on how "active'' the baby was. This week there's not too much going on, actually.?

  • this is my first pg, and I first felt flutters at 15w6d.

Not crazy at all for you to feel baby already!?

  • This is my first and I felt flicks in the middle of week 15... kinda like little flicks. The position of the placenta really has an effect on whether you can feel it early or not. Mine's in the back hence the early flutters.
  • I've been feeling it for awhile now, so yeah!
  • I felt movement during week 15.  Not taps but bubbles (like gas bubbles) with no gas.  hehe  And I felt like there was a snake slithering around in there.  Odd.  But it can definitely be baby at that time!
  • Yes - I started to feel the first flutters (like popcorn popping!) of my baby at 15 weeks!  My hubby first felt kicks around 16 weeks and now at 19 weeks, baby is kicking a lot more frequent and harder!  It's so awesome, I love it!!!!
