G-damn Sciatic!

I seriously can NOT take it anymore. It has gotten so bad last night I was in tears. Not kidding.. are there some type of special stretches I can do?? Someone posted them a while ago and I lost the link.. I have tried everything! I sleep with a pillow underneath my side under my feet and in between my legs. its so painful and I can get comfy ever.. please help... :(

  • I get DH to literally punch and knead it like bread. It does give some relief.

  • I had it for 2 weeks and did prenatal yoga with a dVD... it still hurt... the only thing that made it feel better was lying still... Sorry to hear you're in pain! I hope it feels better soon!

    See if your doctor will refer you to a physical therapist. They can show you what is safe and what will help your specific problem areas. I love my PT
