s/o Indy's weight loss poll. . .

By a show of hands, how many of you manage to find time both to read books, and to be on the bump?

  • Hmmmm, I go between playing with DS and bump, although I've been trying to read more ;)

  • I love to read and do it daily! I wasn't here for the weight loss poll, could someone link me?
  • ::Raises hand:: What else would I do at work?

  • Before I was on bedrest, I somehow managed to have a full time job, read books, use the internet, AND still had time for meals/time with DH. I'm a superwoman, lol!

    see lillys post below.

    i love to read and i def find time to do both.

  • What are these "books" you speak of?  I feel like I hear about them a lot on here.

    ETA: yes, I have time to read-both books/journals for work and pregnancy books (although I would get through both faster if I would pick one thing to focus on and finish instead of doing some time for work then switching to preg books).

  • I've been reading my Dr. Luke multiples book that focuses a lot on the importance of weight gain and having healthy full term big twin babies.  So I'm supposed to gain around 50 lbs.

  • ::raises hand::
  • I made a post about this recently.  I still manage, but the bump has been interfering with the quantity of books I get through.  I usually read about a book per week, but now it's every two weeks Sad

    I really need to re-evaluate my priorities.

    Exactly!
  • I have a toddler.  If I read or bump or otherwise take my eyes off of her while she's awake, chaos will ensue...

  • me! and i can't stand indy. just going to put that out there.
  • ::raises both::  for pleasure and for knowledge!  WTEWYE is on one night stand and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is on the other... I just started the Chronicles of Narnia after Christmas, as I'd never read them before.  I'm rather enjoying them... quick and light right before bedtime!
