XP: Had our baby! Madeleine Claire is here!
We went in Thursday morning for a schedule repeat C Section. Easiest delivery ever! She was born at 11:06 a.m. weighing 7lbs. 8oz. which is EXACTLY what they estimated her weight to be at her last biophysical profile u/s. 20" long. She was just one ounce shy of weighing exactly what DS weighed at birth. She's a dream baby...nursing is going remarkably well and DS just ADORES his baby sister! We couldn't ask for more!

and we womwn are strong, we deliver babies and still do our hair and makeup a few minutes to hours after. a man would grow a beard and not shower for a week after delivery

You look great, but you had a hairdresser come in didn't you, go on admit it! :-) I think we should all have that btw.
Love the name, even more love that you can spell it correctly. I am soooo sick of Madelines and worse, Madelyns. I love the name Madeleine.
You should write up your birth story. So many people think c sections are always awful.
