I can't seem to catch a freaking break this week

I just got back from the eye doctor.  I have ulcerated corneas in both eyes for the second time in 3 months.

I am getting a referral to a corneal specialist for possible tear duct plugging surgery.

fvck.

Can I just go to sleep and wake up on Monday?  This weekend is not going well.

    Ohhhh dear!  I say get a nice glass of wine (or beer), a plush blanket, and relax for a little.  I know it suucks big time.  Hopefully you will have some good news soon.

    We had 2 years of IF trying to conceive #2 and one loss during that time. We are currently trying for #3! had another loss the end of June

    Josi,

    I am sorry you are having a horrendous week and that the beta did not go well.

    Have you had punctal plugs before?  Or is this for a cauterizing procedure to block your ducts?

    If it is just for plugs DO NOT STRESS about this.  I put them in all the time and they are a piece of cake.  I don't have much experience with the cauterization process, but hopefully you don't need that yet anyway.

    I hope things get better for you and if you need to bounce any ???s off me about your eyes feel free ( i am an eye doc too)

    I am sorry things are so poopy right now.  I had the cauterization surgery after my Lasik surgery and it wasn't that bad.  Not pleasant, but not bad. 

    I hope things get better for you soon!

    Sorry hon, that sucks. Maybe you're getting all the bad over with so that you won't have to deal with it pregnant which I hope will be sooner rather than later!?
