2nd Trimester

I'm so happy I could cry!! AW: Yay for DH!

I called DH earlier because I wanted to take a break from studying and I miss him. I'm house-sitting this weekend for a friend- he is just out of town for the night and wanted someone to stay with his dog. It's right around the corner (about 5-10 minutes from my place) and I could *probably* stay at my own house but I know I would be sad for my dogs if my house-sitter left them alone all night.?

Anyway, I said, "hi, what are you doing?" when DH picked up and he said, "Oh, nothing- just walking around Lowe's."?

?!?!?!?!

Turns out he went to price windows and doors because we're going to put new ones in, and then he was planning on going home and clearing out the baby's room!!! We still have some stuff in there that needs to be cleared out and he's going to do it today! That's so good of him!

I commented earlier on a post about how absolutely nothing has been done this week (when DH has been home from work all week because of spring break) and how nice it would be if we could get the baby's room cleared out at least.. I wonder if DH lurks? In that case I'm just going to hint at all the things I want done around the house.. :)?

  • Haha it's making the weekend go faster, though.. :)

I'm not going to call him a hundred times and bug him tonight because even though I miss him, I don't want to take him away from his work!
  • Mine is organizing the garage and making a shelving unit for the garage as we speak.  I would actually rather he was working on 1 of his 9 papers that are due this semester though.  But with some good weather finally I guess he wants to get some things around the house done.
