Has anyone ordered or planned to order one?

I went to a posh baby store shopping w/ my mom today and sat in the Rena  today and really liked it.  It was $650 at that store for B fabric (A fabric was in the high 500's I believe...) Anyway, I just went on the site to see if I could see the fabric swatch I fell in love w/ (perfect for our natural/organic nursery "theme") and of course it's not on there, but I found a list of other retailers locally.  So I called USA Baby and they have the same chair with EITHER fabric on sale right now for $450 (or $420, I cant' remember now) that's regularly $500 something with EITHER fabric choice. I'm so annoyed (but happy I called to do some research) that I was ready to plop down $200 more than needed!

Anyway, so the point is - if you're looking at these - call and check around for prices locally and if you  have one, do you love it?

And comfortable! It's funny...it never would have stuck out to me seeing in on the site like that, but I sat  in one today that was like the RH silver sage color w/ chocolate brown piping that was too cute.

We have the Mandy.  I could live in that chair, it's awesome.  I love it.

How funny - that was the other one I sat in at the store! I liked that a lot too in terms of comfort, but found the Rena to fit in better w/ our overall taste. They're both so nice though!

We are getting the Hagen from our local USA Baby. We were told A Fabrics and B Fabrics didn't effect the price of the chair.. so I'm wondering why that first place quoted you different prices?

Yeah I think that's pretty crappy! I mean, it was like a $100 difference between fabrics and of course I liked the more expensive one. haha But I'm glad to have found it elsewhere!

I just called to check prices and will take DH there tomorrow, but have you ordered from there yet? How does it work in terms of payment/deposit and time frame?

We haven't ordered yet, sorry! We were just there this morning look at cribs and chairs and wrote down the things we were interested in so my mom can order them. She wasn't able to go with us.. so we were just picking things out.

They did say it would take approx. 8 weeks to get the chair in, but I didn't ask about payments/deposits. ?

I know what you mean! I can't wait til ours is on order.. better yet, til its in the nursery!!
