I'm giving twins belly aches

Both girls are getting pumped breast milk and have bad tummy aches.  I must have eaten something that is not sitting well with them.  I guess it is time too look at my diet and make changes.  One of my babies is sound asleep and wakes up screaming kicking her legs.  Poor thing!
