My F ing back VENT

I cant ride in the truck I feel like my back is going to break..on the way to the mall I start crying..my poor DH is like are you ok what are you thinking about...AWW My back ACHES I cant get comfy..I have to shift every second..THEN we get something to eat at the mall and just sitting in the chair I want to scream because its sooooo annoying and uncomfortable...

I feel ya! I have a bulging disc in my lower back, so add that to the just being preggo = OWWWW!! The past 3 nights sleeping is outta the question. So is sitting for more than 10 min. My doc told me to do a heating pad and take Tylenol for the pain and to try getting a massage. I'm scheduling one for Thursday. Also try streatching (sp) from time to time. Get DH to give you a shoulder and back rub later using some relaxing scented oil. Just tell him don't get his hopes up! Lol
