$60 to spend on baby stuff - what should I get?

My BIL gave me $60 to spend on the baby (he's 22 and not much of a shopper).  I have 1/2 hour to stop at Target - any suggestions on what I should get?  I have all the necessities ready to go, so I'm hoping to get something fun.
