    I liked the book it was very easy to read and straightforward.  It's basically like ferber though. you check in at certain intervals and soothe them with your voice- you can't stay in the room more than 30 seconds when soothing.  They have a website www.sleepyplanet.com

    hmm so if it's ferberish, I assume 6 months would be more appropriate to start something like that?

    Yeah I think they say it's good for 4 months and up but I would probably wait until 6 months.
