XP: Need help can't tell if this is gas or contractions

I posted this on SAL board, but I thought someone over here may be able to help too. I"m a little concerned, for the last 2 hours or so I've been feeling this pain in my abdomen and I can't tell if it is just gas pain or a contraction. It doesnt really seem to subside though at times it feels worse. My stomach doesnt feel really tight, but it hurts when I press around. Should I call the doc or is this just gas? I'm 31 wks today

I would give the doc a call since it's not going away. Someone posted something this morning about someone who thought they had a tummy ache and was in preterm labor.

Just doesn't hurt to be sure!
