I'm looking for a pilates class I can join to get back into shape. Can anyone recommend theirs? Thanks!

    My pilates classes are at my office gym and they are not open to the public buuuut I know my instructor also teaches at another gym so I will check with her for you on Monday.

    hi... i'm mostly a reader on here but i go to pilates at bally's.  although they aren't the BEST, they are free with your membership and they have them multiple times a week at the miller gym, and on fridays at the coral way gym.  don't kno where in miami you live though...

    the yoga classes at miller at really good though!
