Another BFing Q this morning

All of a sudden, DS is going nuts while nursing. He keeps moaning and grunting while he's sucking. It's really bizarre. I would normally think that my supply dipped but since I pump twice a day at work, I know it hasn't. Could my letdown have changed and be too forceful or too early? Is he just getting older and less "down to business" about nursing?

Like I said, I'm almost positive it's not a supply thing - for instance, this morning after he ate, he had a nice burp and spit up the extra milk (which he often does). He seems content when he's done, he's just a crazy man during the act...thoughts?

LOL.  DS did this for a while, too.  I don't know what it was all about.  He doesn't do it anymore.  It was funny, though.  He sounded like a little pig rooting around for his dinner.

DS does that some days too. I wouldnt worrie about it. For DS I swear its becuase he likes to hear himself still while he is eating. He talks all day long

fwiw  G did this for a time. He would only do it one time a day - when I got home from work and nursed him.  I think it's because he was happy to see me and wanted to "talk" to me but was too busy eating.
