NPR: GREAT NEWS!

We took our dog Marley into the vet last week for a cyst that we found growing on his leg (he had been licking at it and I only noticed it because he was bleeding a bit). They removed it and sent it in for testing. The vet was concerned because he is so young (only just over a year) and it did not look promising. She just called yesterday with great news! It was totally clear of cancer and is the type of cyst that just grows from fatty tissue. She said that we should not see a reoccurance, but if we do it may disolve on it's own. YEAH! We are sooooo relieved.

    That's great!!  I would hate to hear of anything bad happening to that sweet dog.

    That's great news! One of our cats has the same thing- the vet called it a "fatty lump." LOL.
