So I gave DD her first bottle tonight...

...it was 2 ounces and she downed it in 5 minutes.  She is out cold now...do I try giving her another 2 ounces, or assume she is satisfied?  She obviously isn't acting hungry since she is sleeping soundly.  I have no clue because I never know how much she gets when I BF her, so I don't know if 2 ounces is enough or not.

If she's asleep, I'd let her go.  I'm glad it went well!

Never wake a sleeping baby LOL. She will wake up when she's hungry!

you're good....remember bottles are faster than the boob

DS takes 3-3.5 oz bottles and i have to give a paci after b/c he's used to sucking for longer at the boob

i tried giving him more once at the beginning of giving ebm bottles and he just ended up spitting it all up b/c it was too much
