OMG, I dvr'd Oprah and am watching it now.  I don't even know what to say.

It's about folks with severe obesity.  There was a teenager on the show that weighed 1/2 a ton, not sure of his age.  The mom would give her son everything he wanted no matter how bad the food was for him due to she had lost a baby at 19 months and couldn't say no to her son.  As sad as it makes me for his mom loosing her first child, his mom should have not enabled her son the way she did.  The boy had to sleep sitting up and only got up to basically use the bathroom.  IMO she was basically helping him kill himself taking him so many unhealthy food.

Yes. ?I seriously gagged on my string cheese. ?They pulled his huge stomach flap off- you could see the hair and (I think) his belly button. ?I'm gagging again at the memory.?

Yes.  They should have had like a warning about that clip.  That wasn't something I wanted to see while eating spaghetti.
