DS's head/ neck problem in car seat

Everytime DS is in the car and falls a sleep his neck falls forward and he doesn't pick it back up till I wake him up or we stop and I get him out of his car seat. What do you use or do to stop your DC from doing this? I don't want him to hurt his neck.

    I don't know how old your DS is (I'm assuming 6-12 months since you're posting on this board), but if he has good neck control and is holding his head up well then it shouldn't be a problem.  It happens to a lot of kids when they fall asleep in the car seat.  He would wake up and move his head if he was uncomfortable.
