I am curious to know how many people think their child is exceptionally smart. No snark on the earlier poster. Obviously her child is more advanced than her peers.

Didn't have the option but one is and one isn't When my oldest was 2 she was speaking at a 4 year old level and now at 3 she's reading and doing simple math problems. She's a nerd. (I say that in a loving way of course)
#2 is average. She's definetly verbally advance for 2 years but doesn't seem to be as smart as her sister. On the other hand, she's WAY more coordinated/athletic that #1.
I haven't read the previous post though, going to read it now
I think that ds is a reasonably bright and smart kid, *maybe* slightly above average child, but not what I would consider gifted or truly exceptional. (I still voted no.)
Re: Clicky poll: Is your child smarter than average?
I would like to know what things their child(ren) do that makes them above average. I am genuinely curious!

Dd, on the other hand, it's too early to tell.
