I had my baby last week, six weeks early. She was a big 34 weeker though, 5 lbs 13 oz. (the dr thinks she would have been close to 10 lbs if I went full term-yikes!) Little Reese will hopefully be coming home tomorrow!
She has been in the nicu at Centennial Medical Center and I cannot say enough good things about the staff there. They have answered every question, calmed every fear and made sure that dh and I are taken care of, along with the baby. The labor and delivery staff were also incredible. I couldn't get out of bed for 24 hrs after delivery (I was on magnesuim sulfate), so they went to the nicu several times to check on her for me. So there's my plug for Centennial! It really is a great hospital!
Now that I have an outside baby, I can hopefully make it to some gtgs, once we are off of house arrest (in 2 long months! I'm going to go stir crazy! lol!)
Re: My April baby became a March baby!
Congrats! And I agree about Centennial. I delivered there and it was like staying in a hotel. The staff is amazing. The lactation consultants are the best.
Congrats!!! I love the name!
I am sure she will be coming home soon!
