Baby movement = pain?

anyone experiencing pain/tightening when their baby moves, or is this more likely braxton hicks/contractions?

    Sometimes I can't even tell if it's movement or a BH til I touch my belly.?

    I've been having rib pain...today at my OB appt, the doctor said "yup, there's definitely a body part crammed up in there!" If only I could make Elliot listen to me and get him to move...

    When he rolls around in there I don't feel any pain. Sometimes a sudden shock if he hits my bladder. :)

    I had a hard time distinguishing them at first.  BH for me are tightening of a larger area and almost always right around the center of my belly, close to my belly button.  I also get them occasionally below my belly button. 

    The movements that hurt are usually in a small spot when he gives me good jabs to the ribs or what feels like an elbow poking out.
