NBR What to do for acne scars?

My skin was really bad when I was pregnant and I have some red marks from almost a year ago. What can I do to get rid of these? Anyone had any luck with a certain product?

    I tried mederma- i had to quit cuz the "onion peel' in the ingredients made my skin itch really bad. Might work for you. My scars are over 10 years old.
