I'm addicted to fast food lately

Like, EVERY DAY all I want is fast food!?

And DH is weak...he always gives in lol. It's not good for either of us, so I need to stop it's just SO hard! Maybe I'll transition to Subway...?

UGH me too... and at my last appt i gained 4 lbs in 2 weeks - but im wondering if that's from pregnancy, or from having McD's and Taco Bell like 3-times a week... oh 3-layer nachos how I love thee....

Me too!  This is one time I think it is good that I am not in the US while pregnant.  The options are more limited here.  I was good today though and got Subway.  I don't know how I have NOT been gaining weight the way I have been eating.

I usually pack my lunch but today I had McDonald's for lunch, followed by a Snickers for dessert- I can only imagine the caloric intake!!! 

 

Enjoy the pregnancy buffet- it won't last much longer.

That is all I have been eating for the last couple of months. DH is loving it b/c he knows when this baby is born we are BOTH going on a diet and no more fast food allowed

Ugh! Me too, and I never, ever ate fast food before pregnancy.  I know it's so bad for me and I feel guilty every morning that I wake up and think about what I ate the day before that I make a promise to myself and to the little one inside me that mommy will eat better for you today ... then, I find myself driving thru Sonic or Chick-fil-a for breakfast on my way to work.  Geez.  I don't know how to stop this madness.  I'm also addicted to girl scout cookies.  I've eaten 3.5 boxes all by myself in the last 9 days.

I eat out all the time. If it's not fast food, i'm craving Olive Garden salad and lasagna or somthing else.  I ate out a lot before I was pregnant and now I can say it's not as bad, but I still eat out. I'm trying so hard to cut back.  I'm down to at least 2 times a week.  I'm working on it.  My baby is still healthy so he's getting what he needs and I do eat vegetables and fruits in between.
