Thrush - did you change your diet?

I am on my second round of Diflucan since being diagnosed with thrush the beginning of this month, and I so do not want it to resurface. Did you cut out all white/wheat bread, sugars, dairy, starches, and fruit? I did the past 10 days, but my milk supply has decreased because I'm starving. Did you have to change your diet or just eat the same as before?

  • I ate the same...

I did the grapefruit seed extract, gentian violet, APNO thing and it worked.

  • I ate the same and I tried to give DD and myself yogurt everyday for the good bacteria.

  • I did the same - here's what I did: ?I roasted 2 chickens at a time so I'd always have protein available, and ate avocados, eggs, vegan chili, and vegetable soup. After 10 days, I added, in moderate quantities: sweet potato, brown rice, oatmeal, quinoa and green apples.

To be honest, I am not sure it helped me (though I lost a ton of weight). ?What really helped was the Diflucan and the APNO.

It took me almost 4 months to get rid of the thrush in my milk ducts. ?I feel your pain!?
