NBR: how many times a day do you eat?

I find that I still eat frequently like when I was PG. Typically I eat breakfast at work at 8:30a then I have a snack around 10;30a .lunch around 1pm and then by 3:30pm I am looking for something to eat again. Dinner is around 8pm after DS goes to bed.

With my new diet/eating plan I have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I've found that eating more frequently has really helped with the weight loss.

I eat a TON.  Almost every two/three hours.  I eat more than I did when I was pregnant for sure.  But I am still BFing so I am sure my appetite will calm down a bit when I wean in 6 months.

I am stil BF and I eat 5-6 times a day - three meals and usually 2-3 snacks.  Sometimes I skip dinner though bc by the end of the day after I have gotten everything done, fed DH, DS, and DD, I am just pooped and don't care about eating.
