Anyone remember this prenatal screen at 19 weeks?

My SIL went in for her regular monthly check-up and she's around 19 weeks pregnant.  I don't know the full details but some kind of test they did where a normal score is around 270 came back and hers was around 220.  Something to do with a protein level?  She has to see a specialist and they're really worried, so I'm wondering what kind of test this is and if anyone remembers it?  I don't recall this one at all.

    At 20wks I had to have bloodwork drawn to check all my levels like iron etc. So maybe that is what she had done and something showed up? Not sure. i hope everything is ok!!
