How do Pedipeds fit?

DD has to wear wide shoes and I know that she can fit into Robeez fine but I was wondering if her chubby feet will fit into pedipeds okay?  TIA!

Re: How do Pedipeds fit?

  • I just bought dd her first pair yesterday.  She has crazy chubby and thick feet.  I bought her a size 4 and she could actually probably use a size 3 b/c they are a little big (she is normally a 4 in her robeez).  I do want her to grow into them though. Also her foot fits great in them.  The thick foot is not hanging over the top of the shoe.  It's only been a day, but I love them so far.  We got these:

  • Thank you for responding.  I was really concerned about the chib sticking over the top as it does in most shoes.  If she is just fitting into a size 3 wide in other shoes what size would you suggest?  Thanks again.

  • Hmmm. Their website says they run slightly big and fit on the higher end of the size range.  So if she's JUST in a size 3 wide, I'd probably try the size 3.  I think the 4 will be too big...it's a bit big on my dd and she's normally a 4.  Of course, I'm sure it would also depend on the style shoe you pick.  Good luck.  The store I bought them will do foot sizing if you bring dc in and then tell you the best size to get for the different brands.  Maybe look into that.

  • DS has big fat flintstone feet and fits very nicely in pedipeds.  He is just growing out of his 6-12 month sized ones and will be moving to the 12-18 month sized ones for the summer.  DSs problem is the openings of shoes often isn't big enough but we dont have that problem with pedipeds, they open up really far to put their foot in.
