if you froze meals before DC came

did you do anything special to ensure freshness?  i'm gonna put together a few meals for my friend who had her baby today and was curious.  my mom cooked for us when we had charlie, so i'm at a loss

    not sure what you are making, but my mom did this for me. she made 4 kinds of soups , and we put them all in ziploc bags half full, layed them flat in the freezer.each bag was enough for one person's full meal. they are SO easy to store and leave a ton of room and they taste great months later. best thing we could've done.

    :), i had at least 20-30 bags in my freezer. i was in heaven. i still do it occasionally:)
