  • It does look like a dog bed w/ that cushion thing in the bottom!  But seriously, is it just me, or does that thing look really small?  We love our Super Yard but I think I only paid like $50 for it and it is twice as big!  Of course, ours doesn't include the dog bed...

  • Yes, it does look small! I think we are going to go with the SYXT I do have a Q for you though. Can you block off a room with some of the sections or does it have to be used in a circle? I can see us using it both ways to contain C. I am hoping I can use it as a multipurpose item for closing him in the playroom and maybe using it outside in our yard in the circle or something.

  • It does look like a dog cage... a really small dog cage.  Does not look like a big enough play area for a child to be playing in.

That totally reminds me though.  The other day I was at the store and saw something really funny, but also really sad.  It was a baby gate for a dog, but it had a tiny little door in it for your cat to be able to get through.  So you could cage up your dog, but still let the cat through.  It was kinda funny to see, but really sad for the poor dog.

  • Evelyn would have held a mutiny on us if we had ever caged her up. ? I considered the SYXT, but I am certain it would have been a waste of money.?

We have had baby gates in our house long before we ever had a baby.  Yep, they are for the dog.
