how easy would something like this be to make?  I want to order from her but she can't even start on my order until mid-April and shoer is may 9th.

It can be made fairly easy, but it would take alot of time.  You could use sandpaper to cut out the starfish, netting for the backdrop and blue paper with white satin ribbon for the bow.  It is doable, but it would take alot of time. AND it may be cheaper to just buy the invite.
