LOVE your bedding fabric choices! I saw them on your blog earlier and just thought that they were SO pretty. I would go with a neutral tone probably, like a light khaki color of some variety or a very soft blue tone would probably also work very nicely actually. What if you do a white chair rail and do the top a white / ivory tone and then the bottom half blue?
I agree with everyone so far.. I think a neutral wout be nice with those colors. I realy love that fabric.
Lizzy: If you want to get one I would suggest going to the Sewing Room. They give you a new owner oreientaiton on the machine. I found that really helpful. this is also where I took my beginner classes.
I LOVE all the fabrics! My mom made Sophia's bedding and I picked a very similar fabric scheme (with the polka dots, stripes, minky fabric, etc.) but in girl colors obviously. I agree with a neutral color or even a pale blue like Totty suggested.
We should take the beginner classes, because I would like to use my machine more (if I ever find the power cord for it, I should just get another machine, grr).
I am not a neutral type of gal so I would have to say if you are only picking 1 color, I think light blue. Although, I think it would be beautiful if you did a chair-rail and did the bottom the reddish color and the top neutral. Colors really can make a room.
I'd do all the walls khaki and an accent wall in the light blue. You could even tie it together even more by doing an orange stripe along the top all the way around.
Re: Nursery Wall Color? Suggestions?

Ok first off those fabrics are BEAUTIFUL.
I think a really pale blue (like the background of the dot fabric) would be really nice. Otherwise, a neautral tan would be pretty as well.

I say orange! ;-)
But since that might be too much, I would go with neutral and maybe an accent wall???
I am so jealous of you ladies that can sew. ::pouts::
That's it. I'm buying a sewing machine.
