Hi! I just wanted to see if you have had a chance to use your stroller yet. I am having a lot of fun with mine, but I'm still not quite ready to retire the snap-n-go .
On a side note, I'm not sure if you are interested, but I wanted a cupholder/parent organizer but didn't really like the baby jogger one (or the price). I bought the sunshine kids one off amazon for $10 and just got it today. It seems to work really well.
Anyway, happy strolling!
Re: HeatherD
Hey! Yes, I got it on Monday and put it together yesterday. I didn't take it outside, but I did stroll around the house with Charlotte and Josie. I was impressed at how nicely is steers and fits through the doorways, even here in the house. Charlotte, who is very tall for an almost 3 year old, fit in it, though tightly. I can NOT wait for the nice weather coming in the next few days because we are going out!
I was going to page you to ask where is the strap to keep it closed when folded up. I know there is one, but I can't find it. I'm a goof that way.
Oh, and THANK YOU for the tip about the tray. I am going to order that one later today instead of the pricier baby jogger one.
I am hoping to retire the DSNG because there are a lot of uneven pavements in our neighborhood and the DSNG is a PIA to get over some of them. I am hoping this will be better.
The strap is kinda hard to find. I found it by accident actually. If you flip the stroller over, under the front edge of the seats is a black strap that goes from one side of the stroller to the other. One end has velcro and the other has a D shaped ring. My two ends were strapped together when it came. Unstrap those from each other. Then, after you fold the stroller, take the strap with the velcro and wrap it around the metal leg of the stroller. It sounds a little confusing, but it gets easier after trying it a few times. I just wrapped the strap with the D end around something to keep it out of the way--no way do I have time to refasten that each time I use the stroller.
If you can't find it let me know and I'll post or send you a picture.
