I've never really had a problem with zits but it seems like lately I've been getting them more often and they are just little, never get big, and go away in about a week. they are normally on my neck... this is weird...
I have had acne since puberty. With DS, it completely disappeared for my whole pg. This time, it has exploded! I hate it. Thanks a lot DD!

I was getting mine under control using Cetaphyl and witch hazel, but that stopped working. I talked to my OB at my last visit and was cleared to go back on my Benzaclyn which is clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide and it's getting so much better. I will not be allowed to use it once I start breast feeding, but I'll take the relief now!
My chest was terrible during the first weeks of pregnancy, then it hit my back and shoulders. Last month it was all over my face, and now it is attacking my neck. The face zits are small, but the ones on my back were GIANT. I am going to have to go to a dermatologist after I have the baby and have my back scraped off with a belt sander to get rid of the awful scars.
It's horrible. Especially the first part of my pregnancy my face was covered in painful zits. Thankfully the last several weeks they've faded and I've been complimented on glowing skin. I'm sure it's not the end of it.. I feel a few coming on as we speak.
acne is a pretty common pregnancy symptom, and unfortunately because it's hormonal there's not much you can do about. mine's finally starting to get a little better, but my skin has been a mess since getting pregnant- face, chest and back. ick! just use a mild cleanser, drink lots of water, get a facial if you can swing it, and focus on your sweet little baby!
doesnt it suck!!! I too never had zits bad even when I was a teenager...but now its crazy! I found washing my face before I go to bed helps (I was only doing it in the morning) and also not toching my face with my hands has helped alot.
