Since almost all of my pants have decided (practically overnight, it seems) to stop cooperating with my bloat, I am realizing how short/tight most of my shirts are. Can anyone recommend a maternity shirt (or just any shirt) that I could wear right now without looking stupid, but one that I can get at least some use out of once my tummy starts to grow?
Re: Maternity shirts that grow with you?
Buy some maternity cami-tank things from Old Navy and longer length shirts in a size up from what you normally wear. These have all carried me farther than any maternity shirt I've purchased. Any shirt that becomes a little too short you can put the tank under. And don't buy a ton right now because at about 30 weeks you'll need to go shopping again.
And dresses will be your best friend. Old navy has a TON of cute dresses right now. Even the non-maternity ones are working for me. (PS: their dresses run BIG)
