But mostly a new car. We just bought DH a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee the month before we found out we were pregnant. We can't afford two car payments and a baby, but mine's a two door Sebring, so I just wish I could have a safe four door car.
I'd hire a Baby Nurse to help when needed and the entire set of baby furniture. Including all the things that aren't really necessary that you cross off your list as a luxury.
I really wanted a circular or oval crib, then I started shopping for them and realized how expensive they were... that is the first specific thing that comes to mind. I'm sure I would drop lots of money to get "the best" of everything, and anything that I could possibly use!
I would buy a house with a yard and a fence and have enough money to hire professional painters to customize the house, and put nice brand new furniture in it. I think if we had $500,000 we could do quite nicely.

I would have someone help design a nursery as well as the rest of my house since we are moving in this weekend.
It would be a fully loaded Range Rover, that is the ultimate Mom car in my book...Obviously WAY out of my price range..
Enough money for College. It?s scary to think what it will cost in about 18 years!!!

The promise that if my boobs look like softballs in tube socks after all of this that they can be lifted back where they belong!

I second that!!!!
Pfft, that's already on my list of necessities!
I would want a new house. It wouldn't have to be bigger, just nicer and laid out differently.
