We sold our rental, so we can finally finance our adoption. We talked to an adoption law firm on Friday and they stunk. DH now needs time to decide on who we're going to go with. Considering it took him 5 weekends in a row to pick out bedroom furniture, I may be in for quite a wait.

Oh, and still TTC. Decided to throw wheatgrass into the mix and see what happens.

I'm not on the list but had first RE appt last week. They want to do HSG followed by clomid the next cycle to trigger ovulation earlier in cycle. No insurance coverage so saving up money.

Talking to ob/gyn later this week to see what we can do about insurance and may be doing saline u/s.

I'm on...Cycle 24? 25? I don't even know anymore.

Ummm I'm like 3-4 dpo. I don't chart anymore. I know I ovulate. We have lots of sex around O. Timing obviously isn't the problem. I think DH is starting to realize this. Yay for that realization. ::angry face::

Lap #2 will probably be June or July.

The shorthand version of that could be "MrsO1111 -- b/o #2, seriously pissed and depressed."

No longer on a break. We went ahead when we got a + opk, after yet another long discussion of pros and cons. In the 2ww now. Timing was decent, but we only had sex once. So. . . shrug. I'm just trying not to get stressed out about it. By the end of the week, I'll be freaking out over a + test or boozing it up to welcome the trying for a 2010 baby. I'm equally terrified over both prospects.

Thanks! This edd would be December - so if this cycle didn't work, then yeah, heading on into 2010. Bit of a shock, that.

I am now being seen by an RE. All my testing this cycle came back normal. Waiting to see if the HSG is going to make me more fertile. Not hopeful. Have follow-up visit with her on 4/3, hopefully concoting a plan that includes IUI's. I am so ready!

December is close enough. I don't even think about EDD's anymore. :-( I wanted to try and pop one out before my 30th birthday, but that's not happening. That was the last time I looked that up (to try to figure out how much longer I had to get KU) and that was a few months ago. I've missed that deadline. Getting into 2010 is depressing.

I can't think too hard about 2010, because my 30th birthday is in early April. It's stupid, but I feel a lot of pressure to have delivered a child before then. Which gives me 3 more cycles, roughly.

I hear ya, Jen. With this loss, we're now into 2010 due dates AND we won't have a baby before DH turns 41 (and me 29, but I don't care as much about me as I do him). I am sadder about this than anything. It makes me feel like such a failure. Depressing doesn't even begin to describe it for me.

IUI #1 = BFN. Now we are onto IUI #2. My ultrasound is on CD13 this month (next Wed), and I am hoping my follie is a little bigger than 17mm before we trigger this time. I decided to start drinking wheatgrass this cycle too, and I think I'm gonna start on the pineapple core after O.

Yeah, Jen, our plan was to be working on #2 at this point, or soon. I certainly expected to have at least 1 by the time I was 30. It's hard to watch the expected size of my family decrease as well. I just try not to worry about it (somedays that goes better than others).

And MrsO, I also feel you on the failure part, and I'm so sorry you are going through this again. I know it doesn't feel that way, but you truly are not a failure nor have you let your husband down at all. But I 100% understand.

It's exciting but I'm really nervous about it not working. I wish I could see into the future, it would be so nice.

We are on cycle 14. I started progesterone supps this cycle to see if it stops the unexplained spotting I have during my LP. I had some spotting yesterday morning, but that's it so far. We'll see...
