Prog Supp- How do you spread your dosages?

I'm sorry to keep asking you guys about this prometrium supp stuff.

I'm wondering if my doses are too far apart? If I insert at 5:30AM and 9:30PM?

What are you guys doing? Did your Docs give you any specific instructions?

Oh, for those of us who were wondering if we were inserting it far enough, DH read on a fertility website last night that we should insert 2 inches up the vagina.

I only take mine once a day right before bed. I don't take it at a particular time, just before bed. I'm sure that your timing is just fine.

And when I insert it, I do come to a point where I can kind of feel it slip up there. That's how I know it's up far enough. If you're having  trouble maybe YH could help? Haha I know it's kind of awkward to think that, but hey, it's worth a shot!

I tried to take mine 12 hours apart, however, that didn't always work, so I put it in a night as soon as I possibly could.  For example, in the mornings I always put it in around 6 and would do it again at night around 8 or 9. My dr. didn't have a problem with that schedule.
