Forgot my pump!!

Well crap I live and hour from work and left my pump at home today, brought the bag it goes in but the pump was hooked to the charger.  How much will I screw up my supply if I leave only once to go feed DD?  I usually pump 3 times a day.

I think your biggest problem will be the pain from engorgement! One day shouldn't do much damage to your supply, but you may be leaking a bit.

You will be ok you will just be uncomfortable. Do you have extra breast pads with you becasue you will probably leak a bunch.

Oh also if you can try and pump between feedings tonight when you get home to make up for the missed ones.  It will help with your supply for tommorow.  I find if I miss a  pump or feeding my supply gets screwy the next day unless I do that.

Thankfully I have pads with me and I will pump as soon as DD and I get home tonight.  Thanks for the suggestions, good to know I won't mess up everything completely!

going 6-8 hrs is fine.  10+ is where you can hurt your supply.

Are you near a Target or anything? You can always run get a cheapie manual pump for today, and then leave it at work in case of emergencies.  Sorry!
