Shower and 1st baby class went well!

Sat was our first baby class and it didn't suck! We actually learned a couple things and got the hospital tour, which was nice. I'm glad we went, and DH will actually admit he is too! Then yesterday was my shower. It was so nice, although my poor sister had 50 people crammed into her house but we made it work. Now I have some duplicates to return and buy stuff we need so that will be fun. We did get a ton of clothes and onesies that she doesn't need, but I expected that having a girl. It feels like things are getting so close and it's starting to freak me out!!

    Actually, I was just thinking this morning when you posted that I can't believe how far you are already.  I was thinking we were kind of close together, but now it seems like you're way ahead of me!  So excited for you!

    i'm glad your shower went so well. I know what you mean about getting so many clothes she won't need. I get a lot of that too. We are getting very close!

    Yay! Sounds like you had a great weekend! I can't believe you had 50 people at your shower! That is quite the crowd! Do you have any more showers coming up?

    I can't wait for my mine. My MIL is hosting one on Saturday, and then my sister is having one the following weekend. I want to fill our nursery up :)

    Sounds like you had a fun weekend! I'm glad to hear that you got a lot of things that you needed and that you will be able to exchange what you don't need. Showers are so much fun and it makes it seem so much more real as you start to sort through all of those baby things! Smile
