Babies: 0 - 3 Months

SHREDDERS come in!!!

Ok so I need to know what supplies i need: a pull up bar or jump rope? 

i got my sneaks and extra extra extra supportive sports bra for my big monkey boobs.  i'm thinking of some duct tape might also help.

what other supplies do i need? besides an rx of percocet for the pain i will be in lol

  • I watched it (while sitting on the sofa to see if it was 'for me' lolol) and they just used small handheld weights. nothingggg else

  • Yep all you need are like 5 lb hand weights. ?I use my yoga mat too bc we have hardwood floors.

  • I use both 5 and 10 pound hand weights (10 pounds for chest flies) but it looks like 5's are what her girls use. Also a mat if you are on hard floors. Enjoy I have been at it a week and love it.?
  • IF you are a beginner start with 3lb weights, but I do agree heavier for the chest flies.  I don't use a mat since I do it on carpet. 

    Be careful and make sure you do the moves correctly, with error there is room for getting hurt.  My knees are KILLING me but am still doing it every other day.
