Ok so I need to know what supplies i need: a pull up bar or jump rope?
i got my sneaks and extra extra extra supportive sports bra for my big monkey boobs. i'm thinking of some duct tape might also help.
what other supplies do i need? besides an rx of percocet for the pain i will be in lol

I watched it (while sitting on the sofa to see if it was 'for me' lolol) and they just used small handheld weights. nothingggg else

IF you are a beginner start with 3lb weights, but I do agree heavier for the chest flies. I don't use a mat since I do it on carpet.
Be careful and make sure you do the moves correctly, with error there is room for getting hurt. My knees are KILLING me but am still doing it every other day.
