Enjoy! I love it though I do it more like every other day. I have been combining it with running and Wii Fit....it feels great to move again.

LOL - mine is still in the plastic! I even set up the Wii Fit and thought I would get motivation when the program plumped up my Mii character. But I'm still waiting for that motivation to hit.
