It looks like AF is here.  I bled fairly lightly for about 10 days after my delivery, and had light spotting for another week or so after that.  Then nothing until today.  It's relatively light, but that's normal for my first day.  I am probably safe in assuming this is it, right?  Only about 4 days later than a normal cycle.

I guess I technically shouldn't be posting here...we are charting to avoid for the next two cycles (doctor said to wait till then) but I figure you ladies would understand. =)

I have to admit though...while I am thrilled she's here, it makes me sad too.  Just another reminder that I don't have my baby anymore.

    AF sucks but she's also a sign of a new beginning! Tell her to hurry up and get out of here for 9 months!!

    It sounds like its AF.  I am not allowed to TTC until  may, so I am also charting to avoid right now.  So of course you are welcome on this board anytime.  ((BIG HUGS))

    That first AF is definitely a mixed bag of emotions... a sign of things that were and also a sign of hope for the future.  I hope you wait go TTC goes quickly.
