Why is she nursing so much?!

I am about to go crazy here.  She's been nursing every two hours since Thursday and this morning she has nursed every hour.  >_< 

I am desperate for sleep...I don't know what the deal is.  I thought the next growth spurt was at 3 months?  That's like 2 weeks away!

The growth spurt charts are only estimates.  DD hit her 3 month growth spurt 1-2 weeks early too.  And she BF every 2 hours around the clock.  She would wake from a nap (and at night) at the exact 2-hour mark to nurse.    Hang in there, it should fade in a day or two.

Thanks!  I just hope it ends in a few days. At this point I'm not even bothering to go back to sleep.  It pains me more to sleep for an hour and be woke up after that then to just stay awake.

Definitely sounds like a growth spurt, but I don't think all of my LO's growth spurts kept me up like that in the night!  Hopefully that part of it is a one-time thing!  Hang in there...
